 Returns and Exchanges 

We don't accept returns or cancelations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. 

Will issue you a refund if your order arrived damaged or defective. Please email us within 7 days of delivery.

We don't offer refunds on items custom-made but if there's an issue with the order re- printing, quality or a damage, that you noticed upon receiving your order please contact us 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue and try our absolute best to make it right.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges if your order arrived damaged or defective. 

At this time, we cannot make any exchanges based on COVID-19 safety precautions

If there's a damage that comes from the production facility like a printing issue wrong color than what you ordered please send us an image clearly showing the issue. We will be happy to refund you or send you a replacement. 

Shipping procedures 

All orders are shipped through USPS

You will receive a shipping tracking number once your order is fulfilled and shipped out to you so that you can track your package and approximate time of delivery.

Delivery issues, lost item, never received 

If your order is lost in transit never delivered please contact us and we'll help track  your package. If it can't be located, we will gladly ship you a replacement item or issue you a refund.  

If the packaged has been marked delivered but you didn't get it. You will need to contact your USPS office and file a missing package report. They will investigate the issue and track your package.

We can't take action if USPS reports that the package has been delivered to your residence.

And we cannot offer you a refund if the postal service marked your package as delivered. Please keep track your delivery.  

Refunds

To start a refund request on a damaged or defective item, send us an email to art@meowcleeva.com.

A photo of the item clearly showing the issue and proof of purchase no later than 5 days from delivered date.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the issue, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
